Lena Madsen has been practicing and teaching Yoga for more than fifteen years and truly enjoys teaching small classes after many years of larger groups of students. She has the honor to be a teacher's assistant to Rodney Yee, who has been a strong influence in her own yoga practice over the last few years.  She brings her thorough knowledge of the  body, based in her work as a Massage Therapist, into her teaching. It doesn't matter to her what your reason is to try the practice. Lena knows yoga will have it's way with everyone.

 

Louis Rampersad is a certified Power Pilates instructor with 12 years of experience in the fitness industry. After many years of Marathon running, weight training, cycling, coaching distance runners and personal training, Louis is now enthralled by the efficiency and total body workout that Pilates provides. Louis teaches an easy going as well as thorough class using a fun mix of Joseph Pilates' classical style Pilates, exercise balls, free weights, exercise bands and Magic circles.
