A: Lena teach Raja yoga also know as Eight Limb Yoga or Ashtanga
Yoga, based on the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. The postures are the
same as in Hatha Yoga, and her teaching style is heavily influenced by the brilliant
teachings of B.K.S. Iyengar.
Q: Who will benefit from
these classes?
A: Anyone will benefit from a class at an
appropriate level. The yoga practice is adjusted to everyone's
individual needs. Not the other way around.

Q: What is Pilates?
A: Pilates is a form of exercise, developed by
Joseph Pilates, which emphasizes the balanced development of the
body through
core strength, flexibility, and awareness in order to support
efficient, graceful movement.
Q: What kind of
Pilates classes do you offer?
A: We are a small studio and only offer mat classes. Mat exercises
are the bases of all Pilates exercises and can prove to be very
effective, efficient and at times challenging.
Q: Do you offer personal
sessions?
A: Yes, we do offer personal sessions for both Pilates and yoga.
